Aamir Khan’s physical transformation for Dangal is impressive, but unhealthy : FYI, News
Fitness Coach Ranveer Allahbadia shared a video on his official Facebook page Beer Biceps talking about the possible unhealthy side of Aamir Khan’s physical transformation for Dangal.
The fat-to-fit image of actor Aamir Khan’s physical transformation for upcoming movie Dangal went viral the minute it landed on social media. People were in awe and praised the ‘perfectionist’ for his hard work.
It sure is impressive. But does that also mean it is healthy?
That is the question Fitness Coach Ranveer Allahbadia asks and answers in detail in the video he shared on his official Facebook page called Beer Biceps.
“Natural bodybuilding is a long process,” says Allahbadia. “If it was so easy to achieve that body, you’d see jacked people all over the road.”
He also not-so-subtly questions Aamir’s steroid use: “There is definitely something fishy about Aamir Khan’s [fitness] lifestyle,” he says.
Allahbadia also clarifies that this video’s main purpose is to make people aware that “most Bollywood actors use steroids,” and to remind that steroids “are not healthy”.
